Graduate Development Scheme
This two year scheme gives students a chance to experience the business as a whole. Six months of the programme is spent at head office, giving students a valuable insight into the front end of the business from tender stage right through to planning. The rest of the scheme is based on site, where students will gain invaluable exposure to site life, allowing them to develop quicker and relate what they have learned to a site based environment.
The core elements of the scheme can also provide students with the relevant experience to meet development objectives when working towards ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers) membership.
