Jackson recently provided advice to the Highways Agency for the remodeling of Junction 19 of the M1. This is where the A14, M1 and M6 converge, which presented major traffic management challenges. Jackson was responsible for advising on all buildability and traffic management issues arising during the junction rebuild, together with the financial and planning aspects of the scheme. Jackson's advice on these issues gave certainty of both buildability and cost to the Highways Agency at an early stage of the scheme planning process.
