JCE Awarded Another Framework

JCE have been awarded yet another Framework.  The contract is for Minor Works within the City of Stoke-on-Trent.

Geographically, the City of Stoke-on-Trent comprises the six old industrial towns of Longton, Fenton, Stoke, Hanley, Burslem & Tunstall, so the “site” covers a wide area and the work is a varied mix of schemes, ranging between £5K — £200K in value and covering roadworks, cycleways, landscaping, fencing and minor structural works.

Work to date has varied between sensitive areas such as the local crematorium to old industrial areas and busy commuter routes where work has had to be undertaken off-peak.
