
Jackson has operated a Quality Management System for a number of years certified to ISO 9001. The important distinction between the system that Jackson operate and a standard Quality Management System is that quality is integrated with safety, environment and training.

Jackson’s annual Business Plan details the actions which will be put in place and reviewed during the year to help us maintain our vision of ‘Working together we will live long and prosper’. These actions are developed through listening to clients needs, analysis of KPI data and utilising employee suggestions gathered through the Business Improvement Team.

The Business Improvement Team, consists of representatives from all areas of the company. The team meets regularly to highlight good ideas or areas for improvements which have been suggested. Actions to implement proposals are agreed and communicated to all employees.
