Jackson consider its supply chain to be an extension of the team. Our Supply Chain Management strategy therefore focuses on the effective integration of high-quality suppliers into the organisation, and the development of robust and mutually beneficial long-term relationships.  To this end we have implemented a number of initiatives to enhance supply chain relationships:

“Working Together” Workshops - We established a series of “Working Together” workshops with our key suppliers and sub-contractors, at which open and frank dialogue was encouraged. Through these sessions we reinforced a mutual understanding of each others priorities which are a fundamental basis to our supply chain incentive schemes.

Environmental Performance Improvement Club (epic) - The Jackson epic is aimed at bringing together over 100 of our principal suppliers and subcontractors to develop better ways of going about business, with an emphasis on making the workplace safer and to minimise environmental damage.

SWIM (Supply Web Improvement Masterclass) - Workshops are being structured around issues that the supply web have identified as being particularly important to them. We are acting as facilitators and in some cases providing expert guidance.
