Wakefield Public Realm Framework

Client:  Wakefield Metropolitan District Council

Value:  £2m per annum

Duration:  5 years

This framework includes a diverse range of project sizes from £100k to OJEU limit and includes paving works, network and junction improvements and safety schemes. These schemes are generally located in very busy town centres involving major liaison and interface with the public and stakeholders.

All projects within the framework involve pre-construction phase ECI, working closely with the client and design team to ensure optimum delivery.

Schemes include:

• Westgate/Ings Junction Improvements
• Bull Ring Refurbishment
