Major upgrading of the existing North Kent Highway Network running eastwards from the Dartford Crossing.  Design & construction of a 1.8km, A Class single carriageway road including:

• Construction of 5 culverts
• Construction of a major under-bridge allowing the road to pass under the North Kent rail line
• Installation of 4000 piles
• Diversion of services, rising main and 1500 dia effluent main
• Construction of a load transfer platform

The project was awarded the Thomas Brassey Award by the ICE for Teamwork.
