Design and construct contract for a 15,000sqm paper storage facility adjacent to the paper mill where paper reels would be fed through to the store by means of conveyors and then stacked by clamp truck.
Adjoining the storage area but integral to the structure we constructed a brick clad two storey combined office/welfare facility of 300sqm floor area.
The JCE package also comprised all M&E fit out of the facility which included a large fire sprinkler system and fume extract ducted ventilation system.
The external large area of PQ concrete was constructed for lorry trailer parking and loading. A mechanical lorry washing facility was also provided, situated adjacent to the warehouse.
