Jackson Civil Engineering has undertaken 6 projects in the period 2001 to 2005 on and around the Container Terminal at Southampton, mainly of a heavy civil engineering nature, all of which designed to increase the operational efficiency and safety of the container port including the transfer of containerised freight from either road or rail into the quayside stack areas and hence onto ships.
