Blenheim Park is a new 30 acre industrial development which extends the existing 60 acre Blenheim Industrial Estate in North West Nottingham. 

Works included earthworks, drainage, and roadworks, providing improvements to an existing roundabout, upgrading of an existing earth dam and repairs to foul and surface water sewers.  Key issues were liaison with existing local businesses and significant traffic management provision to the new roundabout on the Nottingham Western Outer Loop Road.

Scheme innovation included a proposed alternative design to the dam works which removed the need for a bentonite slurry cut off wall and provided both a more acceptable solution to the Environment Agency and financial savings for the Client.
