Following completion of the Early Civils Works at Ebbsfleet Station, JCE successfully tendered for the Civils Works package as a direct result of our proposals to use 100,000 tonnes of recycled type 1 sub base in the car park construction and our proactive, single team approach.

We also proposed the use of limestone, in lieu of hard stone, in the car parks, which was accepted resulting in a significant financial saving for the Client.

Works included roads, forecourts and car parks for 5500 vehicles, including utility routing to and from the station, bollards, block paving, concrete and asphalt paving, road signs and markings, fencing, lighting and drainage, vehicle protection barriers, pedestrian subway link to North Kent Line Connection and retaining wall for ramped access.
