The site is located in Milton Keynes to the north of Childs Way and forms a new area for local community development.

The works comprised the construction of 1km of carriageway in asphalt and block paving, foul and surface water sewers and a series of surface water storage ponds. Four small culverts also formed part of the works.

One of the critical elements on the site was the close liaison with the local community to allow the contractor to carry out the construction of new footpaths as well as the diversion of existing bridleways and works associated with the tie-in to the existing road network.
