Skanska are the prime contractor appointed preferred bidder for the MOD's reconstruction of the military base at Woodbridge, Suffolk, with a total project value of £85m. 

Jackson Civil Engineering as the civils cluster leader undertook all of the civil and infrastructure works on the project, including all building sub-structure works. Skanska subsequently completed the buildings including the M&E fit out.

Jackson Civil Engineering also undertook all of the schemes landscaping requirements, roads, parking, sports facilities and associated drainage. 

Skanska UK, recognised JCE for its outstanding performance and awarded the company the “2005 Supply Chain Award”.
