The independence of the Division within the company was carefully considered.  One of the key goals for Jackson Solutions is to offer a service to clients that is completely separate from the rest of the business.  Separate in the sense that clients can engage the consultancy arm of the company without any concerns that the rest of the business would be pushing to construct the project itself.

To generate this true independence we have created separate reporting lines and separate accountability.  The Division is freestanding and clients can engage us with the confidence of knowing a commission can be halted at any appropriate time.  This has proved particularly attractive to clients who want early contractor advice but do not want to commit to engaging a construction contractor too early in the project development and approval process.

We believe clients requirements are basically simple, they merely want their Problem Solved, On-time and On-budget.  It is now universally understood that this is best achieved when the contractor is brought into the team at the earliest possible stage of the project.
