Jackson Civil Engineering has helped raise thousands of pounds for hospice services this Christmas.
Each year Jackson is the Suffolk sponsor of the East Anglian Children’s Hospice (EACH) Christmas tree recycling initiative.
Householders pledge money to have their old Christmas tree picked up from their home and recycled responsibly. The funds go to EACH and St Elizabeth Hospice to support their crucial work in the community.
Many local business help out in the collection. Jackson colleagues Colin Lambert and Ethan Jones volunteered their time to travel around and pick up scores of trees from addresses around Ipswich.
This year the enterprise has raised £31,000 in Suffolk and a total of £48,000 across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
