Derby Urgent Works — Client Team of the Year

The Derby Urgent Works project, a swift response to excessive scour and erosion of a critical flood defence on behalf of the EA, was awarded first place in the Client Team of the Year category

A43 Towcester roundabout — Jackson Project of the Year

The team at Towcester successfully managed this phased scheme to ensure that traffic continued to flow in and out of nearby Silverstone race circuit on key dates in the year.

Bromford Walls Renewal Scheme - Team Achievement

This scheme to repair and upgrade flood defences in Birmingham won the Team Achievement award and was also highly commended in the Medium Project category.

Colwick Fish Pass — Green Apple Environment Award

Jackson oversaw the construction of the country’s largest fish pass at Colwick, near Nottingham, on The River Trent – and won a Green Apple Award in the Habitat and Diversity category along the way.

Silt capture system — Green Apple Environment Awards

Jackson shared this award in the Pollution and Emission Reduction category with partner Frog Environmental, who suppled the silt capture system. It was used to clean run-off water during construction of a major storage reservoir scheme at Lowdham in Nottinghamshire.
