We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major multi-year infrastructure refurbishment and renewal programme valued at approximately £30m. The role will involve commercial management across a portfolio of civil and structural works being delivered across multiple sites within the region including Lincolnshire, Northants and East Anglia with the role being part office-based in Tamworth with site visits when required.
This is a long-term programme offering involvement from early project phases through to completion, working alongside operational and delivery teams on complex refurbishment and upgrade works within a regulated infrastructure environment.
Main Duties of the Quantity Surveyor:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the civil engineering sector and will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects ranging from £100k to £500k, working closely with site teams to manage budgets, change control and subcontractor performance.
Key Skills & Experience:
Due to this being a regional based role, the successful candidate must be ok to travel and have a full UK driving license.
