The industrial placements will spend a year working in their respective regions before returning to university to complete their courses. The graduates are all returnees, having spent time as industrial placements with Jackson the year before last.

Most of the new intake are budding civil engineers although there are several quantity surveyors across the groups.

The inductions were conducted by Brian Trott, an expert trainer from Keyturn Solutions.
