Jackson has been recognised for its commitment to employing and training apprentices and graduates.
The company has been awarded Gold membership of the 5% Club via its Employer Audit Scheme.
By joining the 5% Club, members aspire to achieve 5% of their workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions such apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes.
Currently 15% of employees at Jackson are in ‘earn and learn’ positions and the business has been awarded Gold membership because of this. The company also recently announced a refreshed development path for graduate engineers and quantity surveyors entering the company.

Jackson HR and Training Director Claire Finbow and Senior HR Manager Julie Glading recently attended an event at the Houses of Parliament to receive the award.
