'Like Christmas in July'
for support group
A Jackson team working in Gravesend in Kent has donated more than £500 of games and puzzles to a local support group.
Pathways, which is located only a few minutes’ walk from the Jackson’s Thameside compound, offers a day service for adults with a learning disability or autism
They offer social and educational sessions to help people to make friends, learn new skills and increase their confidence. Activities include woodwork, dance and cooking.

Social value
The Jackson team, who are working in Gravesend constructing a Fastrack bus lane on Bath Street on behalf of Kent County Council, approached Pathways as parts of their commitment to social value.
Jackson Public Liaison Officers Juliet Fabelurin and Shannon Acton-Brown handed over the sporting equipment, puzzles and games, painting canvasses and craft supplies last month.
