Work progressing well
on Hull city road scheme
A Jackson team is making good progress on a major highways improvement project in East Yorkshire.
The £6million Priory Way scheme is being delivered on behalf of Hull City Council and includes a significant road widening programme together with the construction of a shared-use path for pedestrians and cyclists, and new traffic islands. Several junctions onto Priory way will also be remodelled.

Advanced notice
The team has already completed the ECI and design stage of the project, which involved site investigation works to facilitate the design and the installation of highway variable message signs (VMS).
The signs will be used to give road users advance notice of roadworks, delays and events that may affect the city centre road network. Work underway on £6m Priory Way scheme
The whole scheme will take 13 months with a completion date set for Spring 2023.
